A pleasant afternoon spent at our host’s home, we actually spoke of Meccano. Brian & Sam did the magazine exchange for the library.
Sam brought some classic Marklin sets, a 2A & 3A. Brian brought some more modern models , the John Deere 9RT (which he had brought early last year , as well as a John Deere 8, a skid steer loader , a Ducati Motorcycle and a 1990’s Steel Tec X Wing fighter.
Fred had a model of a touring coupe to show. Brian also brought some show off parts from his new collection (of the late Bill Teague ).
For Trades Brian brought some repro home made parts to give away, and some club magazines to share.
We Made note of the 3 members who left us Last year , Jim Picton, Bob Newsham , & Bill Teague
